- Track all material, labour, machineries and report daily production numbers.
- Monitor productivity of process (staff, machinery, SOPs) and ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain work-floor 5s process
- Adhere to EHS practices
- Lead and manage teams without any conflicts or issues
- Drive teams for continuous improvements and problem solving
People with relevant experience (who have worked in Automotive OEMs will be preferred).
